Send your notice to [email protected] with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your notice should include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or enough detail for us to identify the challenged material.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or restrict access to the challenged content while we review the report. We may also notify the affected user or provider where appropriate.

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Your counter-notice should include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement made in good faith that the takedown was mistaken, and your consent to applicable jurisdiction where required by law.

We may restrict repeat infringers or abusive reporters. Knowingly false notices and counter-notices may create legal liability.
