PowerzamGames is a browser game portal operated by Powerzam Studio. The site includes original games, partner games, account features, profiles, comments, ratings, favorites, coins, daily rewards, tasks, and other game-related features.

We collect different categories of information depending on how you use the site.

• Account information: email address, Firebase user ID, username, selected avatar, selected banner, and optional profile fields such as country, gender, and date of birth.
• Gameplay and community information: favorites, recently played titles, ratings, comments, replies, moderation actions, feedback, and leaderboard or score-related data where supported.
• Economy and progression information: coin balance, wallet transactions, avatar/banner ownership, daily reward streaks, and daily task claim progress.
• Notification and preference data: in-app notifications, privacy settings, and reminder preferences.
• Technical and operational data: request logs, security-related events, and basic metadata needed to keep the service running and investigate abuse.

If you register with email and password, your email address is used to create and identify your account, while your password is processed through Firebase Authentication so you can sign in securely, reset your password, and protect account access.

Some preferences and convenience features may be stored in your browser on the device you use, including items like favorites, recently played entries, consent choices, theme preferences, and reminder settings.

Local browser storage helps the site feel faster and more personal. If you clear your browser storage, those local preferences may reset.

• To display public-facing content such as usernames, public profiles, comments, and ratings.
• To prevent abuse, enforce our rules, investigate fraud, and moderate community features.

• To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid requests.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

We currently rely on third-party infrastructure to operate the service.

• Firebase Authentication for sign-in, identity, and password-reset flows.
• Northflank-hosted backend services and managed infrastructure for application logic and database access.
• Cloudflare services, including CDN or object storage delivery for certain public media assets.
• Embedded game partners such as Playgama, GamePix, GameMonetize, and GameDistribution for partner-hosted game experiences.

Third-party providers may process data under their own privacy terms. When you launch an embedded partner game, that partner may collect technical or gameplay information directly.

PowerzamGames primarily uses browser storage and application state rather than a large advertising-cookie setup. Some embedded games or third-party services may still use cookies or similar technologies to operate their content.

If we add analytics, ad tech, or materially different tracking practices later, we will update this policy and any consent messaging accordingly.

If you comment, reply, rate games, or maintain a public profile, some of that content is visible to other users. Your username, avatar, selected profile presentation, comments, and certain profile activity may therefore be public by design.

We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates our rules or creates safety concerns.

PowerzamGames is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data to us, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.

We keep account and feature data for as long as it is needed to operate your account, provide the service, enforce rules, or comply with legal obligations.

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data according to our system design and legal requirements, although limited records may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or compliance.

Depending on your location, you may have rights that include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or complaint rights under laws such as GDPR or similar regional privacy frameworks.

PowerzamGames may be accessed internationally. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed in countries where our service providers or infrastructure operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after material updates means the updated policy applies to your future use.
