By using PowerzamGames, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

PowerzamGames is a browser game portal that includes original games, third-party embedded games, player profiles, comments, ratings, favorites, daily rewards, tasks, virtual coins, cosmetic customization, and other related features.

• Using bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to farm coins, rewards, or rankings.
• Attempting to disrupt the service, overload infrastructure, or bypass security controls.
• Harassing users, spamming comments, or posting malicious or misleading material.
• Trying to scrape, mirror, or reproduce content without authorization.
• Violating applicable law or the rights of other people.

Many games on PowerzamGames are embedded from partners such as Playgama, GamePix, GameMonetize, and GameDistribution. Those partners control the actual game content, compatibility, gameplay behavior, and their own data practices.

We are not responsible for outages, design choices, policies, or content changes made by those partners.

PowerzamGames branding, original games, site design, artwork, mascots, and original platform assets belong to Powerzam Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse them beyond lawful personal use without permission.

We may review, hide, remove, or restrict content or accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, or maintain service integrity.

Moderation decisions may include comment removal, account limitations, or permanent account termination in serious cases.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility on every device, or that every partner game will remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Powerzam Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, loss of data, loss of virtual items, interruptions, or third-party game behavior.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the service after changes means the updated Terms apply to your future use.
